Story
This person is using a fake Ukrainian internal passport. She introduces herself as “Yulia Verkhogliad” and immediately sends a photo of a paper Ukrainian passport to make it look like she’s real. The document is obviously not genuine — it looks like the same type of fake ID often used in romance scams coming from Ukraine. After that, the money requests start. She asks for $800 for some kind of “permission fee for a mobilized medical worker,” and then another $915 to “clear a municipal debt,” supposedly so she can get her international passport. None of these payments exist in Ukraine — they are completely made up. From there, the scam usually escalates: “border insurance,” “ticket changes,” “refund fees,” “customs or border payments,” or sending money to different people and accounts. If you stop paying, she disappears.
