She apparently is in Znamenske, Russia and has been there since 2014. She only speaks Russian and uses translation apps to text me. She claims to be an orphan and has one aunt near her town and another now in Kyrgyzstan. She says nobody can send her money on Russia due to sanctions. She does have an aunt in Kyrgyzstan that can receive money via PaySend app (details at bottom). To be honest, I did already send $250 can to her via this method and that was supposed to be enough to get her on a plane to me.
Just recently, she said that the travel agency informed her that she can’t leave the country without clearing all bank loans. Apparently, it is a new Russian law. She apparently got a bank loan a month ago or so (she sent me papers which I willch) to find her trip. She says her aunt also borrowed her money to help pay for the required return tickets back to Russia in 6 months. She therefore asked me again for just less than $700 USD to clear her bank loan. This is when I became really suspicious.
